PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LIMITED announced the appointment of Mrs. Gayatri Vaibhav Phatak of M/s. G.S. Bhide & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 20, 2026, following the demise of Late Mr. Ashok Patel, Proprietor of M/s. Ashok Patel and Associates, on August 16, 2026. The appointment, approved by the company`s board and audit committee, will last for five consecutive years commencing with the audit period from fiscal year 2026-27 until fiscal year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
