PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for directors, designated persons, designated employees, insiders and their immediate relatives.

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, at the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026, along with the reappointment of Devang Vyas as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and the reappointment and appointments of Sunita Shah, Amitav Saikia, and Krish Devang Vyas as Independent Directors, as well as the approval of a related party transaction and the appointment of M/s G. S. Bhide & Associates as Secretarial auditor for five years.

PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LIMITED announced the appointment of Mrs. Gayatri Vaibhav Phatak of M/s. G.S. Bhide & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 20, 2026, following the demise of Late Mr. Ashok Patel, Proprietor of M/s. Ashok Patel and Associates, on August 16, 2026. The appointment, approved by the company`s board and audit committee, will last for five consecutive years commencing with the audit period from fiscal year 2026-27 until fiscal year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

ECF no. 780232/23 dated July 16, 2026.
