Diffusion Engineers has received a domestic order worth about Rs 26.31 crore approx., for supply of RAPH Rotor Assembly to be supplied in power industry.

Diffusion Engineers has received a domestic order worth about Rs 7.49 crore approx., (Inclusive of all Duties and Taxes) for supply of Flux Cored Wire to be supplied in Defence industry.

Diffusion Engineers announced that the 44th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 7 September 2026.
