Xchanging Solutions Ltd share price slipped 2.09% to Rs 67.13 after the company`s net profit slipped by 6.90% to Rs 15.12 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 4.56% to Rs 53.64 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. It has inched up 0.24% over last one week and heading higher by 9.26% in last one month while the market capitalization of Xchanging Solutions Ltd has eased by 1.81% and 4.92% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Xchanging Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 20.46 crore in Q2 FY26, easing 8.66% year-on-year, and slipping 2.29% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 14 crore, improving 14.80% YoY and declining 8.73% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 10.61% to Rs 35.65 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 15.01 crore, ticking higher by 6.76% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 6.01% to Rs 184.9 crore, while net profit surged by 261.90% to Rs 49.58 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2368% to Rs 36.04 crore, and PBT saw a marginal contraction of 4.19% to Rs 63.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 46.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 12.06 crore in FY25. Xchanging Solutions Ltd nosedived by 22.71% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Xchanging Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Xchanging Solutions rose 10.85% to Rs 16.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.10% to Rs 51.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 50.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 19.91% to Rs 59.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 49.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
