Yes Bank has received an upgrade in credit ratings for infrastructure bonds, Basel III tier II bonds at CRISIL AA+/ Stable while certificate of deposits are reaffirmed at CRISIL A1+.

Yes Bank has allotted 2,76,471 equity shares under ESOS on 24 July 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,774,651,362 /- consisting of 31,387,325,681 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. to Rs. 62,775,204,304 /- consisting of 31,387,602,152 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
