Yes Bank has allotted 50,89,979 equity shares under ESOS on 07 May 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,760,879,054/- consisting of 31,380,439,527 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,771,059,012/- consisting of 31,385,529,506 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Net profit of Yes Bank rose 45.35% to Rs 1082.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 744.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Yes Bank announced that Prashant Kumar (DIN: 07562475) , has demitted the office as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the Bank on 05 April 2026 on completion of his tenure and accordingly he ceased to be MD & CEO and Director of the Bank.Further, Vinay Muralidhar Tonse (DIN: 06695367) has taken charge as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank with effect from today i.e. 06 April 2026 on such terms and conditions including remuneration, as approved by Reserve Bank of India and subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Bank.

Yes Bank has appointed Vinay Muralidhar Tonse as MD & CEO (Designate) of the Bank, effective from 12 March 2026 till the day preceding he formally takes charge as MD & CEO of the Bank i.e. from 12 March 2026 to 05 April 2026 (both days inclusive).
