VST Tillers Tractors Ltd share price slipped 0.69% to Rs 4442.5 after the company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 851.47% to Rs 48.43 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 4.59% to Rs 313.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Tractors industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 37729.37 crore, rising 6.80%. It has improved by 1.04% over last one week and moved up slightly by 2.78% in last one month while the market capitalization of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has eased by 2.57% and 7.53% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd stood at Rs 62.19 crore in Q2 FY26, heading higher 10.54% year-on-year, and jumping 614.01% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 12 crore, gaining 5.25% YoY and crashing by 84.34% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 3.25% to Rs 278.54 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 181.53 crore, growing marginally by 4.47% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 29.82 crore, easing 3.83% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 2.74% to Rs 994.55 crore, while net profit tumbled by 23.20% to Rs 92.97 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 6108% to Rs 72.78 crore, and PBT plunged by 22.36% to Rs 120.47 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 76.55 crore in FY26, as against Rs 48.61 crore in FY25. VST Tillers Tractors Ltd crashed 11.02% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

VST Tillers Tractors will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

VST Tillers Tractors reported total sales of 4,472 units in May 2026 compared to 3,486 units in May 2025, recording a growth of 28%. Total sales include 4,019 units of power tillers (up 32% YoY) and 453 tractor units (up 3% YoY).

VST Tillers Tractors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
