Pervasive Commodities Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Director’s Report, scheduling the meeting for Saturday, 26th September, 2026, at 02:00 P.M. through Video Conferences (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”).

Pervasive Commodities Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 19, 2026, to September 26, 2026, both days inclusive, for the Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of August 28, 2026, to determine shareholders for sending notice and participation in e-voting of the 41st AGM.

Pervasive Commodities will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Pervasive Commodities reported to Rs 14.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 151.76% to Rs 32.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 13.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 0.04 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 0.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
