Kalpataru has allotted 8,100 equity shares under ESOS on 10 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 2,059,220,930 consisting of 20,59,22,093 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

Kalpataru announced that the 38th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 3 August 2026.

Kalpataru announced the signing of a large cluster redevelopment project comprising of five adjacent societies in Ashok Nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai (Ashokgram Cluster). The project spans ~2.8 acres of prime land with a free sale potential of ~0.37 msf carpet area and estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs  1,250 crore.

Net profit of Kalpataru rose 1326.83% to Rs 200.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 183.76% to Rs 1693.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 596.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 333.44% to Rs 93.71 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 54.40% to Rs 3435.62 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2225.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
