Globus Spirits Ltd. has fixed September 08, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive a final dividend of Rs 6.53 per equity share, representing 65.30%, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with the dividend amount subject to approval at the company`s 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 15, 2026.

Globus Spirits announced the successful completion of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising Rs 200 crore from a diversified group of prominent domestic and international institutional investors.
