Bikaji Foods International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

Bikaji Foods International has made an additional subscription of 2,90,000 shares of Common Stock of $ 10 each, amounting to $ 29,00,000 in its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Bikaji Foods International USA Corp (�Bikaji USA�) on 04 July 2026. There is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in the Bikaji USA, pursuant to the additional subscription.

Bikaji Foods International announced that the 31th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 August 2026.

Bikaji Foods International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
