BirlaNu Limited, formerly HIL Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a compliance certificate from Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

BirlaNu Limited, formerly HIL Limited, announced it has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholder Agreement with Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited and FPEL HR5 Energy Private Limited to acquire a 26% stake in FPEL HR5 Energy Private Limited for Rs 2.02 crore. The acquisition, which is expected to be completed within six months, will facilitate the establishment of a 3.58 MW AC / 5.37 MWp DC solar power plant for BirlaNu’s Faridabad and Hajjar units under a captive scheme, and does not constitute a related party transaction.
