NCC Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, at its registered office in Hyderabad to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until November 7, 2026, for directors, promoters, and other designated persons.

NCC Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that KFin Technologies Limited has certified the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

NCC Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s shares will be closed for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
