Adhbhut Infrastructure Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 2, 2026, that its board approved the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. at the company`s registered office, along with the Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved borrowing limits exceeding those specified under Section 180 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013, limits for providing loans, guarantees, and security, and related party transactions, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

ADHBHUT INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED announced that Mr. Vineet Kumar Ojha (DIN: 11708632) has been appointed as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company, effective May 12, 2026, following a special resolution passed by shareholders on August 9, 2026. Mr. Ojha, aged 31, holds a M.Sc. degree and has experience in finance, including financial planning, budgeting, investment analysis, fund management, and financial administration, and will serve for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval within three months.
