Agribio Spirits Limited, formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited, announced it received an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, on August 13, 2026, regarding the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Agribiotech Industries Limited with Agribio Spirits Limited, directing the convening of shareholder and creditor meetings for approval.

Agribio Spirits announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 3%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
