IP Rings Limited will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Ltd. The trading window for the company`s promoters, directors, and other connected persons was closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.

IP Rings Limited will close its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, immediate relatives, and other connected persons starting October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s internal code of conduct.

IP Rings announced that the 35th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 August 2026.
