Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 70,000 - 9.02% Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs.1,00,000 each, aggregating to an issue size of Rs. 700 crore, on a private placement basis.

Lloyds Metals & Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 30,888 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 56,29,06,951 divided into 56,29,06,951 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.

Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 90,975 equity shares under ESOP. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 56,28,76,063 divided into 56,28,76,063 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.

Lloyds Metals & Energy announced that the 49th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 19 June 2026.
