Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 30,888 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 56,29,06,951 divided into 56,29,06,951 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.

Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 90,975 equity shares under ESOP. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 56,28,76,063 divided into 56,28,76,063 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.

Lloyds Metals & Energy announced that the 49th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 19 June 2026.

Lloyds Metals & Energy allotted 75,000 Unsecured, Senior, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Debentures) having face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs 750 crore on a private placement basis on 08 May 2026.

Lloyds Metals & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
