KDDL will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 August 2026.

KDDL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 80%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of KDDL rose 24.62% to Rs 25.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 37.04% to Rs 574.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 419.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 6.89% to Rs 88.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 94.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
