The board also approved material related party transactions with M/S. Realearth Ecofarms India Private Limited and M/s. Real One Multitrade India Private Limited, and M/s. Centreal Consultancy Services Private Limited, and scheduled its 45th Annual General Meeting for September 28, 2026.
