Hubtown Limited announced that its subsidiary, Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), has allotted 1,22,60,843 Class A equity shares at a price of Rs 30 per share for a total consideration of Rs 36,78,25,290. As a result of the investment, Hubtown Limited’s holding in RTPL has increased from 72.91% to 74.65% of Class A equity share capital. RTPL, incorporated in 2000, is engaged in the real estate business and reported a turnover of Rs 9802.79 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026.

Hubtown Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

Hubtown Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Net profit of Hubtown declined 68.57% to Rs 24.92 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 79.28 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
