GOCL Corporation Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

GOCL Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of members for a dividend of Rs 30.00 per share, or 1500%, for the financial year 2025-26, with September 22, 2026, as the record date.

GOCL Corp. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 30 per equity Share (i.e. 1500%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
