Multiplus Holdings Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. Alpesh Hasmukhrai Modi and Mr. Ajay Dhanjibhai Gungla have resigned from their positions as Independent Directors with effect from September 8, 2026, due to the completion of their term of appointment.

Sales rose 5.00% to Rs 0.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 3.88% to Rs 1.07 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
