Yash Inventures Limited, formerly known as Redex Protech Limited, will close its Register of Members & Share Transfer Books from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, for its 35th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, via video conference or other audio visual means, with September 21, 2026, set as the cut-off date for remote e-voting, which will be available from September 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to September 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

Shah & Associates as Scrutinizer for e-voting, and approved the Record Date and/or Book Closure date for the meeting.

Mr. Dalal, who previously held roles at NGR Paper Company and Venus Trading Company, and Mr. Jani, formerly Vice Principal of College of Safety and Fire Technology, Gujarat University, are not related to existing board members and hold no shares in the company.
