Yash Innoventures Limited, formerly known as Redex Protech Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Aadit Rajal Dalal as a Whole-Time Director and Mr. Jani Dhavalkumar as an Additional Independent Director, both effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
