The board of JSW Dulux will meet on 11 August 2026 to consider the proposal for alteration in the share capital of the Company by way of sub-division/ split of the existing Equity Shares of the face value Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up, in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and any regulatory/statutory approvals, as may be required under applicable laws.

JSW Dulux announced that Hemant Sahai (DIN: 00088238) has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company upon completion of his consecutive second term at the end of day on 2 August 2026.

JSW Dulux will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net profit of JSW Dulux rose 15.96% to Rs 125.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 108.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 12.92% to Rs 883.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1014.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 359.56% to Rs 1973.80 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 429.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
