Autoriders International Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for directors, promoters, promoter group, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months period ended September 30, 2026.

Autoriders International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Autoriders International declined 21.81% to Rs 2.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
