Artson Limited, formerly Artson Engineering Limited, appointed Mr. Sukumar Hebbar as Additional Director (Non-Executive) & Chairman of the Board and Ms. Priti Patel as Additional Director (Non-Executive), both effective October 12, 2026, subject to member approval at the upcoming general meeting. Mr. Hebbar, currently Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tata Projects Limited (TPL), brings over 36 years of experience in the EPC industry, while Ms. Patel, also from Tata Projects Limited (TPL), is spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy. Neither appointee is related to any existing director of Artson Limited.

Neither Hebbar nor Patel are related to any existing directors of Artson Limited.

Ltd., Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026.
