IIFL Capital Services has granted 1,29,493 equity shares under ESOS, each Option being convertible into one fully paid-up equity share.

IIFL Capital Services has allotted 13,55,979 equity shares under ESOS on 21 July 2026. Upon allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 314806543 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
