Dynemic Products Ltd share price fell 5.77% to Rs 257.25 after the company`s net profit declined by 14.64% to Rs 5.19 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 16.47% to Rs 85.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Specialty Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.11 lakh crore, heading higher 14.46%. It has eased by 0.10% over last one week and moving up by 12.48% in last one month while the market capitalization of Dynemic Products Ltd has softened by 1.72% and 10.48% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Dynemic Products Ltd stood at Rs 6.85 crore in Q2 FY26, gaining 6.53% year-on-year, and tumbling by 18.26% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 12 crore, declining 3.38% YoY and crashing by 16.37% sequentially. Total expenses reduced by 16.20% to Rs 78.26 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 45.48 crore, dropping by 15.10% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 6.7 crore, dipping slightly 2.33% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 29.02% to Rs 360.9 crore, while net profit surged by 314.36% to Rs 15.0 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 3006% to Rs 47.44 crore, and PBT soared 558.52% to Rs 20.48 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 28.43 crore in FY26, as against Rs 30.26 crore in FY25. Dynemic Products Ltd crashed 28% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Dynemic Products will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Dynemic Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
