Sumeet Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was held on August 24, 2026, where a special resolution was passed for the issuance of equity shares upon conversion of Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) to non-promoters on a preferential basis, and Dhirren R.
