Kopran Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Corporate Affairs Committee approved the allotment of 40,500 equity shares to eligible employees upon exercise of options under the Kopran Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (“ESOP 2023”/ “Plan”), with an exercise price of Rs 179 per share. Consequently, the company`s paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 482,856,050 to Rs 483,261,050, representing 48,326,105 equity shares.

Net profit of Kopran declined 10.07% to Rs 6.70 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 7.45 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
