Kopran Limited confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a certificate issued October 6, 2026. The confirmation, based on information received from Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, stated that securities received for dematerialization were confirmed and that security certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification by the depository participant.

Kopran Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.

Kopran Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Corporate Affairs Committee approved the allotment of 40,500 equity shares to eligible employees upon exercise of options under the Kopran Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (“ESOP 2023”/ “Plan”), with an exercise price of Rs 179 per share. Consequently, the company`s paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 482,856,050 to Rs 483,261,050, representing 48,326,105 equity shares.
