KEC International announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 August 2026.

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs. 1,180 crore across various businesses:Transmission & Distribution (T&D): The business has secured orders for T&D projects across India, the Middle East and the Americas: 400 kV transmission line project in Western India to power a Data Centre Supply of transmission line towers in the Middle East Supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the AmericasRenewables: The business has secured an order for a 200+ MW Solar PV project in Western India from an existing client- a renowned private developer.Civil: The business has secured an order for additional civil and structural works for a 150 MW thermal power plant from a prominent private player in Eastern India.Cables & Conductors: The business has secured various orders in India and the overseas market.

Cables & Conductors: The business has secured various orders in India and the overseas market.

KEC International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity Share (i.e. 275%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of KEC International declined 28.12% to Rs 192.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 268.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 7.02% to Rs 6389.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 6872.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 6.11% to Rs 605.59 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 570.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.59% to Rs 23505.54 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 21846.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
