KEC International Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, confirming compliance under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as certified by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited.

KEC International Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs.1,063 crore across various businesses: Civil: The business has secured a significant order for a high-rise residential project from a renowned real estate developer, involving the development of 24 lakh sq. ft. of residential buildings along with associated facilities. Transmission & Distribution (T&D): The business has secured orders for T&D projects: 400 kV Transmission line in Africa Supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas Renewables: The business has secured an order for a 50+ MW Wind EPC project from an existing private developer in Western India. Cables & Conductors: The business has secured various orders in India and the overseas market.

KEC International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

KEC International announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 August 2026.
