Lehar Footwears Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 5, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with the certificate issued by M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited acting as the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent; Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. also stated that the regulation is not applicable to Lehar Footwears Limited as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received during the specified quarter.

Lehar Footwears Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Lehar Footwears has revised the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 11 August 2026. The meeting will now be held on 10 August 2026.

Lehar Footwears will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Lehar Footwears has received an order worth Rs. 39.70 crore for supply of footwear.
