Smart Finsec Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved an increase in borrowing limits and authorization for creation of charge, both subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing, with a record date set for Monday, September 14, 2026, and the register of members closed from Tuesday, September 15, 2026, to Monday, September 21, 2026. Mr. Pawan Kumar Mishra has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the AGM, and NSDL is authorized to facilitate the meeting via Video Conferencing.
