Smart Finsec Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received a release letter from Axis Bank Limited regarding a corporate guarantee previously issued in favor of Axis Bank Limited, effectively releasing the guarantee connected to credit facilities availed by Smart Equity Brokers Private Limited and ending Smart Finsec Limited’s obligations under it.

Smart Finsec Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
