JSW Energy announced that ESG Risk Assessments & Insights, a SEBI registered Category - I ESG Rating Provider (ESGRAIL), has today, assigned the Company an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Rating of `67` under an ESG rating Category of `Strong`.

JSW Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2026.

JSW Energy has signed a definitive agreement with Kolahai Infotech and SFI Parcel Services to acquire 100% equity shares of Maruti Clean Coal and Power (MCCPL) which owns and operates a 300 MW thermal power project in the State of Chhattisgarh.
