The board of Voltamp Transformers at its meeting held on 05 May 2026 has approved fresh investment of Rs 25 crore for acquisition of new plot of land near Vadodara, to keep land bank ready for future use. It will be funded through internal accruals.

Voltamp Transformers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 100 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Voltamp Transformers declined 50.53% to Rs 47.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 96.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 1.21% to Rs 617.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 624.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 6.16% to Rs 305.38 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 325.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.35% to Rs 2153.69 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1934.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
