Voltamp Transformers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 July 2026.

Voltamp Transformers announced that the 59th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

The board of Voltamp Transformers at its meeting held on 05 May 2026 has approved fresh investment of Rs 25 crore for acquisition of new plot of land near Vadodara, to keep land bank ready for future use. It will be funded through internal accruals.

Voltamp Transformers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 100 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
