Sobha will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2026.

Sobha announced that the 31th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 18 July 2026.

Sobha announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
