Eimco Elecon (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Eimco Elecon (India) declined 57.23% to Rs 6.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 4.03% to Rs 66.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 64.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 20.85% to Rs 38.71 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 48.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
