Voith Paper Fabrics India Limited appointed Mr. Asesh Kumar Mukherjee as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a period of five years, effective August 26, 2026, to August 25, 2031, subject to shareholder approval, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday. Mr. Mukherjee, who holds a mechanical engineering degree from Jadavpur University and a PGDBM from the University of Indianapolis, was recommended for the roles by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
