Kuantum Papers Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the allotment of 10,000 unlisted, unrated, senior, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of INR 100,000 each, totaling INR 100 crore, on a private placement basis to an identified investor. The debentures, maturing on June 2, 2030, carry a coupon rate of 12.70% per annum, comprised of a 9.70% annual coupon and a 3.00% redemption premium, and are secured by charges over the company`s assets and guarantees from Mr. Jagesh Kumar Khaitan, Mr. Pavan Khaitan, and Kapedo me Enterprises Limited.

Kuantum Papers Limited shareholders approved a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, equivalent to 250% of the face value, at the company`s 29th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026, and re-appointed Jagesh Kumar Khaitan as director retiring by rotation and Pavan Khaitan as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for a further three-year term effective April 1, 2027. The company also re-appointed M/s R.J. Goel & Co. as Cost Auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2027.

Kuantum Papers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Kuantum Papers has cancelled the Annual General Meeting of the company which was scheduled to be held on 29 August 2026.
