V2 Retail Ltd share price slipped 2.01% to Rs 219.5. The Company`s net profit soared by 139.01% to Rs 41.85 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 25.12% to Rs 997.2 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Speciality Retail industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.94 lakh crore, gaining 5.03%. It has eased by 1.28% over last one week and advanced by 10.55% in last one month while the market capitalization of V2 Retail Ltd has marginally improved by 0.62% and 3.77% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of V2 Retail Ltd stood at Rs 51.59 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 54.97% year-on-year, and surging by 130.52% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 138 crore, expanding by 60.41% YoY and rallying 31.83% sequentially. Total expenses jumped by 22.12% to Rs 921.61 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.0 crore, tumbling by 100% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 80.27 crore, improving by 10.38% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 62.75% to Rs 3067.05 crore, while net profit surged by 124.99% to Rs 162.06 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 33341% to Rs 445.14 crore, and PBT soared 118.49% to Rs 214.6 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 103.43 crore in FY26, as against Rs 201.28 crore in FY25. V2 Retail Ltd jumped 26.28% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

V2 Retail will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of V2 Retail rose 171.89% to Rs 17.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 59.88% to Rs 797.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 498.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 124.99% to Rs 162.06 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 72.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
