NIIT will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 July 2026.

NIIT announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of NIIT reported to Rs 4.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 13.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.59% to Rs 99.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 86.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 88.55% to Rs 5.28 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
