Asahi Songwon Colors will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 July 2026.

Asahi Songwon Colors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Asahi Songwon Colors rose 42.28% to Rs 10.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 5.70% to Rs 144.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 152.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 4.96% to Rs 18.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 4.78% to Rs 535.48 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 562.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
