Star Cement Ltd. announced that shareholders at the company’s 25th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Prem Kumar Bhajanka, Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka, and Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Chairman & Managing Director, and Managing Director, respectively, for a further period of three years effective April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, and the re-appointment of Mr. Pankaj Kejriwal as Executive Director for the same period.

Star Cement Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, are approved by the board of directors and filed with the stock exchanges.
