Mahindra EPC Irrigation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 July 2026.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation has been awarded contract worth Rs 3.32 crore for supply of micro irrigation systems under community micro irrigation project. The order is placed by Office of the Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation has allotted 8,284 equity shares under ESOS on 21 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,79,50,753 equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs.27,95,07,530.
