Teamo Productions HQ Limited, formerly known as GI Engineering Solutions Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the convening of the 20th Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to Monday, September 28, 2026, both days inclusive. The company also appointed M/s. Shubhangi Agarwal & Associates as scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process and authorized Bigshare Services Private Limited to provide the e-voting facility.
