Aruna Hotels Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, reported receiving a certificate from M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, the Registrars and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

Aruna Hotels Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Aruna Hotels Limited announced the completion of renovations and upgrades to its Annex Building banquet halls located at No. 145, Sterling Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai, with the inauguration and official opening taking place on September 7, 2026; the facility, with a combined capacity of approximately 300 persons, will be used for corporate meetings, conferences, and other banquet activities, while the second to fifth floors will be available for commercial office space and meeting facilities on a rental or lease basis.

Aruna Hotels Limited informed the BSE Limited that the cut-off/record date for e-voting will be Friday, September 18, 2026, with book closure dates from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026, for the company’s 64th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing/other audio-visual means.

Aruna Hotels will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.
