Aruna Hotels Limited announced the completion of renovations and upgrades to its Annex Building banquet halls located at No. 145, Sterling Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai, with the inauguration and official opening taking place on September 7, 2026; the facility, with a combined capacity of approximately 300 persons, will be used for corporate meetings, conferences, and other banquet activities, while the second to fifth floors will be available for commercial office space and meeting facilities on a rental or lease basis.

Aruna Hotels Limited informed the BSE Limited that the cut-off/record date for e-voting will be Friday, September 18, 2026, with book closure dates from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026, for the company’s 64th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing/other audio-visual means.
