Infosys allotted 44,116 equity shares of Rs 5 face value each on September 18, 2026, following a board resolution dated September 17, 2026, to eligible employees through the exercise of Restricted Stock Units, including 10,925 shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and 33,191 shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019, increasing the company’s issued and subscribed share capital to Rs 20,29,13,82,890 divided into 4,05,82,76,578 equity shares.

Infosys Limited will hold a board meeting on October 22 and 23, 2026, to approve and take on record the audited consolidated and standalone financial results as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and audited financial statements as per INDAS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the same period, and to consider a potential interim dividend declaration. Infosys has granted 9,836 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan (2015 Plan) to eligible new hires. The grants made under the 2015 Plan would vest equally over a period of three years. The RSUs will be granted w.e.f., 01 August 2026 and the exercise price will be equal to the par value of the share.

Infosys has allotted 4,77,767 equity shares under 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,29,02,82,985/- divided into 4,05,80,56,597 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
