Infosys Limited will hold a board meeting on October 22 and 23, 2026, to approve and take on record the audited consolidated and standalone financial results as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and audited financial statements as per INDAS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the same period, and to consider a potential interim dividend declaration. The company will close its trading window for the earnings release from September 16, 2026, and reopen it on October 26, 2026, and will host investor/analyst calls on October 23, 2026.

Infosys has granted 9,836 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan (2015 Plan) to eligible new hires. The grants made under the 2015 Plan would vest equally over a period of three years. The RSUs will be granted w.e.f., 01 August 2026 and the exercise price will be equal to the par value of the share.

Infosys has allotted 4,77,767 equity shares under 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,29,02,82,985/- divided into 4,05,80,56,597 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.

The board of Infosys at its meeting held on 22-23 July 2026 has approved incorporation of a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Singapore.
