ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India announced that the 22th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 July 2026.

The board of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control System India at its meeting held on 13 May 2026 has approved the issuance of bonus equity shares in ratio of 5:1. The board has also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 60 crore by way of increase in equity shares of Rs 5 each.

The board of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control System India at its meeting held on 13 May 2026 has approved the proposal for making investments in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e., M/s. ZF CV Control Systems Manufacturing India (ZF MIPL) by way of subscription to the ZF MIPL`s proposed rights issue of 3,00,00,000 0.01% Non-Cumulative Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCOCRPS) of face value Rs.10/- each (at par), aggregating to Rs. 30 crore.

ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.4 per share (i.e.80%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
