Neueon Corporation Limited will seek shareholder approval through a postal ballot via remote e-voting to consider raising funds through the issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities via methods including private placement, qualified institutions placement, or preferential issue, as announced to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India on September 18, 2026.
