Bajaj Auto announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 July 2026.

Bajaj Auto announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 150 per equity Share (i.e. 1500%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Bajaj Auto rose 103.23% to Rs 3661.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1801.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 40.18% to Rs 17107.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 12204.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 46.68% to Rs 10744.21 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7324.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 22.57% to Rs 60386.43 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 49266.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Bajaj Auto sold 5,13,792 units in month of April 2026 compared to 3,65,810 units in April 2025, recording a growth of 40%. Total sales include domestic sales of 2,48,210 units (up 13% YoY) and exports of 2,65,582 units (up 83% YoY). The company`s two-wheeler sales stood at 4,39,953 units (up 38% YoY) and commercial vehicle sales were at 73,839 units (up 54% YoY).

The board of Bajaj Auto will meet on 06 May 2026 to consider proposal for buyback of fully paid up equity shares of the company.
