Bajaj Auto will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 July 2026.

Bajaj Auto sold 4,63,202 units in month of June 2026 compared to 3,60,806 units in June 2025, recording a growth of 28%. Total sales include domestic sales of 2,09,837 units (up 11% YoY) and exports of 2,53,365 units (up 47% YoY). The company sold 3,89,395 two-wheelers units (up 30% YoY) and sold 73,807 commercial vehicle units (up 18% YoY) during the month.

Bajaj Auto sold 4,61,257 units in month of May 2026 compared to 3,84,621 units in May 2025, recording a growth of 20%. Total sales include domestic sales of 2,48,031 units (up 10% YoY) and exports of 2,13,226 units (up 34% YoY). Two-wheeler sales stood at 3,93,204 units (up 18% YoY) while commercial vehicle sales were 68,053 units (up 30% YoY).

Bajaj Auto announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 July 2026.

Bajaj Auto announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 150 per equity Share (i.e. 1500%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
