Capital Small Finance Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2026.

Capital Small Finance Bank has allotted 33,600 equity shares under ESOP on 12 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 45,46,51,850 consisting of 4,54,65,185 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
