Religare Enterprises Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee granted 13,195 stock options under the Religare Enterprises Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, with a pricing formula of Rs 227.35 per equity share, to eligible employees on August 12, 2026. The options will vest in 5 equal annual installments, with the first installment of 2,639 options vesting after one year, and may be exercised within eight years from the vesting date.

Religare Enterprises will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Religare Enterprises has allotted 35 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants on receipt of Rs 61.68 crore (being 75% of the total consideration payable for the warrants converted). Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 3,44,73,37,420 comprising of 34,47,33,742 fully paid-up equity shares with face value of Rs 10 each.

Net profit of Religare Enterprises declined 16.52% to Rs 82.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 98.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 38.65% to Rs 327.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 235.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 31.02% to Rs 85.96 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 124.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.43% to Rs 1156.18 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 984.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
